This website is operated by Mizmarco LLC, trading as Mizmarco Deco ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Online store terms

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products & descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, finishes and dimensions accurately. Because our lights are finished by hand and monitors differ, small variations in colour, texture or size may occur and are not considered defects. Electrical products must be installed in accordance with local regulations; we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Prices do not include import VAT, customs duties or local taxes, which are payable by the customer on delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or stock errors; in that case you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders & contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email. We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Right of cancellation & returns

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please see our Refund Policy for how to return items. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Warranty & liability

Products are covered by your statutory rights for faulty goods. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by improper installation, misuse or modification of products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text and logos, belongs to Mizmarco LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services

Payments and deliveries are handled by third-party providers whose own terms may apply. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
